Herbaceous and Floral, All in Finesse

  • Armagnac: 4 cl (1⅓ oz)
  • Green Chartreuse: 1 cl (⅓ oz)
  • Suze: 1 cl (⅓ oz)
  • Fresh lemon juice: 2 cl (⅔ oz)
  • Honey syrup: 1 cl (⅓ oz)
  • Egg white (optional): 1 cl (⅓ oz)
  • Garnish: Sage leaf

Method:

Shake with ice (dry shake first if using egg white), fine strain into a coupe glass.

Profile:

Vegetal, complex, and elegant. A refined balance of bitterness, acidity, sweetness, and silky texture.
