Blanche
Cloud & Clet Blanche is a crystalline, luminous eau-de-vie, distilled from Baco—the emblematic grape of Bas-Armagnac. Unaged and untouched by oak, it delivers the purest expression of fruit and terroir, revealing Gascony in its most direct and authentic form.
Distilled using the traditional Armagnacais method, it seduces with freshness and aromatic precision: ripe pear, crunchy grape, white flowers, citrus zest. On the palate, it is round, silky, and vibrant, finishing clean and refreshing.
Blanche is for a new generation of tasters. It is enjoyed chilled, neat, or lengthened, and shines in mixology, bringing an artisanal Gascon signature to modern cocktails.
This is an elegant, local alternative to classic white spirits, while carrying the soul of France’s oldest eau-de-vie.
Vintages
The Cloud & Clet Vintage Collection offers a rare selection of Bas-Armagnacs distilled from 100% Baco, the emblematic grape of the terroir. Aged in French oak barrels in our cellars at Mauléon-d’Armagnac, these vintages, ranging from 2015 to 1964, showcase over 60 years of history, savoir-faire, and patience.
Each vintage reflects a unique year, shaped by climate, harvest, and aging. Unblended, they reveal a singular signature, from youthful, fruity profiles to deeper, complex, and refined expressions.
The younger vintages express vibrant notes of apricot, spice, and fresh fruit. The older ones unveil layers of noble rancio, prune, blond tobacco, cocoa, and mellowed oak.
Each bottle is filled to order to preserve the integrity of the spirit. Available in multiple formats, these vintages are perfect for tasting, birthday gifts, or collectors.
