Woody, Smoky, and Lightly Sweet—Perfect for an Intimate Evening

  • Armagnac: 3 cl (1 oz)
  • Mezcal: 1 cl (⅓ oz)
  • Bénédictine: 1 cl (⅓ oz)
  • Sweet vermouth: 2 cl (⅔ oz)
  • Cacao bitters: 1 dash
  • Garnish: Flamed grapefruit zest

Method:

Stir over ice in a mixing glass. Serve in a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

Profile:

Deep, woody, smoky, and complex yet dry, with a lingering spiced-cacao finish.
