A Fresh, Elegant Twist Between a Collins and a Highball, with a Gascon Touch

  • Armagnac: 4 cl (1⅓ oz)
  • Fresh lime juice: 2 cl (⅔ oz)
  • Elderflower syrup: 1 cl (⅓ oz) (or verbena-infused honey)
  • Fresh sparkling water: Top up
  • Garnish: Long cucumber ribbon (spiral or along the glass)

Method:

Shake Armagnac, lime, and syrup with ice. Pour into a highball glass over fresh ice and top with sparkling water.
