Gascon Bee

Warm, floral, and sparkling

– Armagnac – 1⅔ oz
– Lemon juice – ¾ oz
– Orange juice – ¾ oz
– Honey (diluted) – 1 tsp
– Sparkling water – 3⅓ oz

Technique :

Dissolve honey in the citrus juices, add Armagnac, and shake briefly with ice. Strain into a highball filled with ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon or orange twist.

A Gascon twist on the Bee’s Knees — honey and citrus balanced by the warmth of Armagnac and lifted by sparkling effervescence.
