Tonic Rouge

– Armagnac – 1⅓ oz
– Floc de Gascogne rosé – ⅔ oz
– Tonic water – Top up
– Orange zest – Garnish

Technique :

Build directly in a tumbler or highball over ice. Add Armagnac and Floc, top with tonic, express orange zest, and drop it in.
