Fresh, fruity, and delicately herbal

– Blanche Armagnac – 1⅔ oz
– Blood orange syrup – ⅓ oz
– Peach liqueur – ⅓ oz
– Lemon juice – ⅔ oz
– Fresh basil – A few leaves

Technique :

Lightly muddle basil in a shaker, add other ingredients with ice, shake, and fine strain into an old fashioned glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a basil sprig.

Vibrant and aromatic  the freshness of basil lifts the fruit of peach and blood orange, while Blanche Armagnac adds structure for a summery, elegant balance.
