Old Mai Tai

Exotic, refreshing, and distinctly Gascon

– Armagnac – 1⅓ oz
– Orgeat syrup – ½ oz
– Lime juice – ⅔ oz
– Angostura bitters – 3 drops
– Tonic water – Top up

Technique :

Build directly in a highball glass with ice. Pour, stir gently, and top with tonic.

Profile :

Fruity, sparkling, and subtly spiced — a Gascon reinterpretation of the Mai Tai. Armagnac brings depth, orgeat adds velvet smoothness, and tonic delivers a light effervescence.
